1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Qalitex Laboratories website (qalitex.com) or submitting samples for testing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Qalitex Laboratories provides ISO 17025 accredited analytical chemistry, microbiology, heavy metal, pesticide residue, stability, and cosmetic testing services for B2B clients. All testing is performed at our facilities in Irvine and San Diego, California.

Testing results apply only to the specific samples submitted. Results do not constitute a guarantee of ongoing product compliance or safety for any product batch not tested by Qalitex.

3. Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) issued by Qalitex are based on the specific samples received. Clients are responsible for accurate sample labeling and representation. Qalitex is not liable for results arising from mislabeled or misrepresented samples.

4. Turnaround Times

Quoted turnaround times (typically 48–72 hours) begin upon receipt and acceptance of samples. Qalitex will notify clients of any delays. Rush options are available at additional cost.

5. Confidentiality

All client samples, formulations, and testing results are treated as strictly confidential. Qalitex will not disclose client-specific data to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or accreditation body requirements.

6. Payment

Payment is due per the agreed quote. Qalitex processes payments securely via Stripe. Invoices are issued upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qalitex's liability in connection with any testing service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. Qalitex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or reliance on test results, including regulatory actions, product recalls, or commercial losses.

8. Regulatory Disclaimer

Testing results provided by Qalitex are intended as analytical data for quality control purposes. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Qalitex does not provide legal or regulatory compliance advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of Qalitex Laboratories and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

Qalitex may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
