Nour Abochama

Nour Abochama is a chemical engineer and business leader who has founded and sold three laboratories and a pharmaceutical company. With over 17 years of hands-on experience in laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, she brings deep technical expertise and operational leadership to Qalitex Laboratories.

As Vice President of Operations, Nour oversees Qalitex's quality systems, client onboarding, and laboratory expansion across its Irvine and San Diego facilities. Her career spans the full lifecycle of product testing — from raw ingredient verification to compliance audits — with specific expertise in FDA registration, Health Canada approval processes, and ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation.

Nour holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Grenoble INP – Ense3 and has built her career in laboratory operations across North America, including senior quality leadership roles at American Testing Labs (San Diego), Labofine (Montreal), and Garmen Laboratories (pharmaceutical manufacturing).

Beyond the lab, Nour serves as Executive Producer and co-host of the Nourify and Beautify Podcast, where she and co-host Linda Yates interview industry professionals about transparency, science, and safety in the beauty and wellness sectors. Through the podcast, Nour promotes transparency and accountability, aiming to empower consumers with insider knowledge through a compassionate, expert lens.
